Andrew is a partner with Gowling WLG, working out of the firm’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses on advocacy for health care professionals.  In addition to having appeared in all levels of court in Ontario, he also regularly acts for health care professionals in complaint investigations, discipline committee matters, hospital board proceedings, coroner’s inquests and various other administrative tribunals.     

Andrew is a regular contributor and speaker at continuing medical education programs.  He is also a member of the Practice Advisory Group for the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal.  He is a past instructor of trial advocacy at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and is a member of the organizing committee for the annual County of Carleton Law Association Civil Litigation Conference.
