The webinar will provide an overview of the Human Development Council's role as Community Entity for Reaching Home in New Brunswick. Homelessness Data from the 2021 PiT Count will be discussed along with Saint John's effort to end chronic homelessness through Coordinated Access and by connecting people with housing and supports. Resources and referral points will be provided.
