Kim Kelly BSW, MEd, RSW, DipThMin (She, Her)
Kim is an RSW who has practiced in the area of education for 21 years with expertise in the areas of residence life, career development, experiential and community service-learning and student leadership/success. She provides postvention services and co-leads activities to support survivors of suicide loss. Kim’s current practice interests include grief and loss and spirituality. Kim is a volunteer board member with the Ruah Counselling Centre and member of the NLCSW Promotion of the Profession Committee.
Nikki Browne BSW, RSW, MSW Student (She, Her)
Nicole (Nikki) is an RSW and a Master of Social Work student in her final semester. Nikki is employed at Memorial University presently and has worked for several community organizations in St. John’s, NL. There, Nikki prioritized developing low-barrier and harm reduction approaches. Her experience includes coordinating supportive housing work, program development, volunteering with the NLCSW Editorial Committee and SHOP (a sex worker advocacy program). Nikki is passionate about social work education and critical anti-oppressive work.
