Rhonda Hallberg, MSW, RSW
Rhonda Hallberg was the lead for the project and brought extensive experience as a social worker working in child welfare, continuous quality assurance activities and undergraduate social work education as a sessional instructor at the School of Social Work Kings University College, University of Western Ontario.

Julie Gaudet, RN, MN (Admin.)
Julie Gaudet was the research lead and Francophone lead facilitator. She is a bilingual senior nursing professional and has been a health management consultant since 2004. Her experience includes clinical nursing in child and youth mental health and senior nursing leadership roles at The Hospital for Sick Children. She is currently a professor of Nursing at George Brown College, teaching at the undergraduate level. She brought extensive expertise in research methodology and ethics curricula related to health professions.
Julie Gaudet a été la responsable de la recherche et l’animatrice francophone principale. Infirmière bilingue et consultante en gestion de la santé depuis 2004, Julie Gaudet a une riche expérience. Elle a exercé en soins infirmiers cliniques, spécialisée en santé mentale des jeunes. Elle a aussi assumé des rôles de direction au Hospital for Sick Children. Actuellement, elle est professeur de sciences infirmières au George Brown College, enseignant au premier cycle. Sa contribution majeure ? Une expertise approfondie en méthodologie de recherche et en éthique des professions de santé.
Marion Roberts, MSW
Marion Roberts was the Indigenous lead for the Code of Ethics project and provided a two-eye seeing approach with the strengths of the Indigenous knowledge and western perspective. She has over 35 years experience working in child welfare in all levels of the organization and over 10 years extensive expertise in working with Indigenous communities.
Marion Roberts a été la responsable autochtone du projet sur le code de déontologie. Elle a fusionné avec brio savoir autochtone et perspective occidentale. Marion cumule plus de 35 ans d’expérience en protection de l’enfance, intervenant à tous les échelons, et plus de 10 ans d’expertise auprès des communautés indigènes.
Miguel LeBlanc
Miguel LeBlanc is the Executive Director for the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers (NBASW). Miguel holds a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Thomas University and a Master of Social Work from Carleton University, Certificate of the Management Development Program from UNB, and in 2022, received the Glenda McDonald Board Administrator Award from ASWB to recognize his Outstanding Commitment to Social Work Regulatory Board Service.
Miguel LeBlanc est directeur général de l’Association des travailleuses et des travailleurs sociaux du Nouveau-Brunswick (ATTSNB). Miguel détient un baccalauréat en travail social de la St. Thomas University, une maîtrise en travail social de la Carleton University et un certificat du Management Development Program de l’Université du Nouveau-Brunswick. En 2022, il a reçu le prix Glenda McDonald Board Administrator Award de l’ASWB en reconnaissance de son engagement exceptionnel à l’égard de la réglementation du travail social.
