To nominate a social worker for the Glenn Drover National Award for Outstanding Service, please complete the below application form.

This distinction is bestowed upon a recipient every two years in March. View previous recipients of this national award by clicking here.

The next award will be conferred in March 2026. The deadline for submissions for the 2026 Award is January 15th, 2026.

Criteria for the Award are as follows:

The nominee makes a demonstrable difference in such areas as:

Advocacy with clients/social policy;
Social work practice;
Program development;
Administration or Research

The nominee demonstrates outstanding leadership.

The nominee contributes to a positive image for the social work profession.

The nominee takes risks to achieve outstanding results.

The nominee is a member in good standing of a CASW federation partner.
