In commemoration of the third session of the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent, The
Black Diplomats Academy stands to advance the modalities of the Forum through the delivery of the Black
Diplomacy Global Summit under the theme of “Leaning into Change Making: From Consumers
to Producers.” The Summit aims to facilitate intentional engagement and collaboration between emerging
Black youth changemakers and multilateral diplomacy experts.
The Global Summit will contribute to the agenda of activities and programmes designed to empower Black
communities and facilitate collaboration, knowledge mobilization, active local and global citizenship and
impactful partnerships with the mature, professional members of the community in multilateral diplomacy,
policy development and implementation process relating to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
in Black communities.
