The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association is pleased to present the 2017 Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Conference, being held in Ottawa from September 20th to 23rd. This conference provides doctors, nurses, pharmacists, hospice palliative care and other allied healthcare professionals; and caregivers, volunteers, spiritual advisers, and social workers with the opportunity to share their experience and expertise on a national platform. This event expects to attract 500-800 hospice palliative care professionals.
In 2017, the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association is pleased to announce a partnership with Public Health and Palliative Care International and Pallium Canada to co-present the 5th International Public Health and Palliative Care Conference. This conference will be taking place in the same venue prior to the CHPC Conference, from September 17th to 20th. This event expects to attract 300-500 public health and palliative care professionals. A special conference rate is available for participants who wish to attend both conferences. The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association and the International Public Health Palliative Care Conference are thrilled to offers delegates a unique dual opportunity.
