Should I provide liability cover for my business if I’m not incorporated?
Am I covered when I engage in e-counselling?
Who should I contact if I’m concerned about an incident that just happened between myself and client?
To discuss things you can be doing within your practice in order to reduce risk
To discuss what is required of you if you are served with a statement of claim or letter of complaint from your college.
